Sitrin strives to meet the needs of its community with programs & services to enhance the quality of life for persons needing assistance. These services include comprehensive medical rehabilitation, skilled nursing, neuro care, respite care, dental services, & medically & socially affiliated adult day care. Sitrin is dedicated to providing compassionate, professional care to all served.

The charles t. Sitrin health care center's comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facility/diagnostic & treatment center served thousands of patients during 2024. A wide range of services were provided including physical therapy, occupational therapy, dental, and a few specialty doctor clinics. The multidisciplinary team approach at sitrin addresses the patients physical and emotional needs to ensure better outcomes. The overall total number of visits was 11,035.

Sitrin health care center's adult day care program offers participants a comprehensive package of medical care, including therapy & dental, and combines it with recreational activities and social services while allowing participants to return to their home for the evening. Sitrin provides round trip, door-to-door, transportation with handicapped accessible vehicles. Total visits for 2024 to the program was 10,505. In 2014, social adult day care was added. Total visits for 2024 to this program were 130.
