Charleston electrical contractors association (ceca) is a non profit group of local electrical contractors that gather together with a common goal, to better the electrical industry. We do this by our meetings and through educational classes and seminars.the ceca apprenticeship program is registered through the department of labor to train our future workforce by utilizing the national center of construction education & research (nccer).
