Project Blue Shell: Empowering Students Through Incentivized Learning Project Blue Shell supports high-achieving students in Title 1 schools who have faced personal trauma aiming to keep them motivated and engaged in their education. Over the past year the initiative has expanded rewarding academic excellence and positive behavior with gaming consoles and learning resources. At Ridge Road Middle School the program was first piloted resulting in a 77% reduction in suspensions due to school violence a 30% increase in school-wide attendance and a 15% improvement in standardized test scores. These outcomes highlight the programs positive impact on student success and engagement.
Project Saturn: Bridging the Digital Divide for At-Risk Youth Project Saturn offers an eight-week STEM learning experience targeting high school students especially those at risk of entering the criminal justice system. The program focuses on key skills such as coding game design esports and digital marketing preparing students for careers in technology. Through hands-on learning and mentorship an impressive 90% of participants expressed intentions to pursue higher education and many secured internship opportunities. Due to its success Project Saturn plans to expand by increasing classroom sizes and introducing new learning modules.
