Charlotte Transgender Healthcare Group

Education: In 2024,14 educational events were offered to approximately 485 healthcare providers and administrative staff members in healthcare settings. Our membership program engaged an additional 88 healthcare providers in professional development and continuing education. CTH also offered non-clinical education programs in 2024. These community education efforts include presentations in partnership with schools and social service organizations, as well as a panel discussion, and a digital health literacy campaign. These programs reached an estimated 209 additional individuals. When considering these different branches of our education program, more than 780 healthcare providers and community members received education services in 2024.

Community Engagement - In 2024, we reached over 1000 people in the community through a wide range of outreach and advocacy efforts including participation in over 20 Pride and local community events and collaboration with community partners on advocacy and outreach initiatives. Additionally, our digital engagement through social media health literacy campaigns reaches an average of 6,250 people monthly and an average of 1,060 visitors monthly to our website and provider directory.
