The organization's purpose is to operate programs and services for persons with developmental disabilities and their families, including making grants, loans, and other distributions in furtherance of the organization's charitable purposes as well as supporting the activities and projects of other organizations operating exclusively for charitable, religious, scientific, literary, or educational purposes within the meaning of code section 501(c)(3).
