Chastity Won Corp

The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Within the scope of the foregoing purposes and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Corporation is organized and will be operated (i) to educate youth of the psychological effects and health risk that may occur as a result of premarital sex, and (ii) to provide disaster relief to those in need after the occurrence of natural disasters.
