The chatham marconi maritime center celebrates the rich history of 20th century maritime radio and explores the innovative advances in science and technology that continue to transform our lives.

The marconi-rca wireless museum did some limited upgrades in 2024, as we prepared for a major new exhibit on wwii. Interactive ipad touchscreens were added to the golden age of transatlantic ocean liners exhibit, as a means to upgrade and test the attraction and suitability of apple ipads to replace interactive windows-based pcs in new and upgraded exhibits.
Weathered and faded outdoor informational signage on the antenna field trail exhibit and adjacent areas was replaced. Several small grants and targeted donations were pooled to accomplish this project
