Chattanooga Rowing

To enable area residents, without regard to age or ability to enjoy and benefit from rowing on the tennessee river. This is accomplished by providing a facility to house rowing programs, to sponsor a high school rowing organization, and to provide instruction and equipment for rower's with special needs.
