Protecting the dignity, equality and reproductive freedom of individuals in wyoming and the surrounding region by enabling access to abortion and contraceptive care through financial support, education and advocacy.

Chelseas fund continues to challenge the constitutionality of wyomings abortion bans through litigation. In 2024,the district court ruled that both bans violated the wyoming constitution and permanently enjoined the bans. (the state subsquently appealed to the wyoming supreme court with further proceedings in 2025.)
Chelseas funds outreach to & engagement with our supporters and the public continues to expand, including tracking pending legislation, submitting testimony and informing supporters. Most significantly in 2024, chelseas fund organized and presented the first wyoming reproductive freedom summit, a day-long event to connect, educate, inspire and mobilize supporters of reproductive freedom in wyoming.
