The extinguishing of fires, the protection of lives and property in case of fire, to render first aid and other services in case of accident, floods, disasters, and other emergencies, to assist in locating lost persons and such other serices as they may be called upon to render by the proper officials of the township of cherry grove, the county of warren, and the state of pennslvania, or the united states of america.
