Work with partners to create facilities, outdoor spaces, and programs that promote well-being, address food deserts, foster culture, and meet environmental needs.

Key initiatives within this pillar, which include techinical assistance and access to capital for community-owned businesses in commercial retail spaces, expanding multi-generational workforce development, and helping residents access employment and business ownership opportunities, enabling individuals to achieve their full economic potential.

Cherry hill strong will implement a mixed-income housing strategy to revitalize the neighborhood. This strategy focuses on preventing displacement, ensuring permanent affordability for low-income families, and offering housing options for all income levels.
