Mission

Chevra provides food parcels, clothing, medical assistance and religious items, and supports soup kitchens, to assist Jewish people in the former Soviet Union and in Israel, networking with other humanitarian aid organizations to assist more than 20,000 people each year.

Ukraine Accomplishment(UKR): We support soup kitchens in a number of cities in Ukraine which feed a large number of people each month, in addition to the regular humanitarian aid distributed in that country. The grants made to Ukraine were supported by donations received that were specifically designated for our Ukraine ministry and supplemented by unrestricted donations over and above specific designations

Poland (POL) Accomplishment: We support a full range of humanitarian services in Poland, funded through unrestricted donations. Support includes humanitarian aid to the elderly, Holocaust survivors and poor.

Additional Accomplishments: Provided Grants to other humanitarian organizations in Europe including organizations in Israel, Germany, Ukraine, Moldova and Caucuses. Services of these organizations include soup kitchens, humanitarian aid for the poor and employees and special projects to aid the elderly
