The exempt purpose of the organization is to benefit, perform the functions of, and carry out the purposes of, collegiate housing foundation (the 'foundation'), which was organized and is operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, and more specifically for the purpose of assisting colleges and universities in providing housing for their enrolled students and otherwise assisting them in furtherance of their educational missions.
