Mission

Founded in 2005, the Chicago Black Gay Mens Caucus is a grassroots organization led by Black gay, bisexual, and same gender loving men, whose vision is a world where our community experiences complete physical, mental and social well-being. The mission of Chicago Black Gay Mens Caucus is to advance health equity among Black gay, bisexual and same gender loving men by developing community-centered leadership and innovative programs. This includes eliminating HIV within our community, which we define as preventing all new HIV infections and ensuring every man in our community living with HIV achieves a sustained undetectable status.
