Mission
To promote health and alleviate the mental and physical distress of individuals and couples diagnosed with infertility through education and financial assistance.
Programs
1 program
Financial assistance is provided to individuals for fertility treatment or adoption who demonstrate need showing their income under a specified amount. They submit medical information and each case is carefully reviewed and scored by two members of the medical advisory board (mab). Mab members are all board-certified reproductive endocrinologists who practice in chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Under "donated services grants" services are donated by health care providers (physicians, phamaceutical companies, third party agencies, nutritionists, and genetic testing companies) to the patients, and as such, no expense for physician fees is recorded. Under our "family building grants or "juf path to parenthood grant" we pay medical service providers or agencies directly for services provided to our grantees. 38 patients received these services in 2024. To date 118 babies have been born as the result of our work.
