The chicago rheumatism society is organized exclusively for scientific and educational purposes. The purpose of the corporation is: -to educate health care professionals who are involved in the treatment of patients with rheumatic diseases. -to update these health care professionals on current research. -to organize and advocate for the specialty in governmental policy. -to provide a venue to communicate and support colleagues in the field of rheumatology.
