Incarceration - the incarceration program is an illinois state-funded initiative that seeks to mitigate the devastating consequences of incarceration on vulnerable communities. The program supports free legal services to eligible clients in communities impacted by incarceration in the following areas of law: family, housing, consumer, guardianship, decedent's estates, tort defense, and similar civil litigation matters.

Guardian ad litem for minors and adults: the foundation accepts appointments by probate judges to serve as pro bono guardians ad litem of children in contested, or problematic guardianship cases or for alleged or adjudicated adults with disabilities, or as attorney for party or respondent in contested adult guardianship case.
