Administer programs to assist in securing legal assistance and related services for persons of low-income in the chicagoland area

Incarceration - the incarceration program is an illinois state-funded initiative that seeks to mitigate the devastating consequences of incarceration on vulnerable communities. The program supports free legal services to eligible clients in communities impacted by incarceration in the following areas of law: family, housing, consumer, guardianship, decedent's estates, tort defense, and similar civil litigation matters.
