To operate,promote, sponsor,encourage and assist in the development.growth and maintenance of youth and adult sports programs including baseball, soccer, basketball, softball and volleyball in the greater chicopee area: to promote physical fitness and good sportsmaanship through participation in such programs and to provide educational scholarship programs for its youth participants.
