Cccn is the central coordinating and planning agency for child care in nassau county working as a catalyst to promote affordable quality child care, enhance services for families, strengthen parents in the work environment and provide expertise to communities.

To Act as a Sponsor of Day Care Homes for Administration of The NYS Child And Adult Care Food Program. In 2023-2024.The Child Care Council of Nassau Administered an average of approximately 350 claims for enrolled Day Care Homes each month who provided meals to approximately 4,000 children throughout the county. All participating providers received three unannounced visits annually
Other programs are conducted throughout the year to facilitate the child care programs and provide expertise in nassau county.
