Parent, provider and community servicesthe ccrc completes free counselor assisted searches for child care based on the family's needs and offers and electronic child care search on our website- ccrcinc.com. Ccrcinc.com answers parenting questions - connects familes with financial resources to help them pay for child care and with community resources to meet their basic needs. The website gives families information about what to look for when they choose a child care setting and offers parent workgroups and direct support for providers' particapation in ohio's quality rating system, step up to quality - administers the asq 3 and asq se online screeing tools for providers - offers workshops to earn the childcare development association (cda) credential - offers contracted, on site, ohio approved workshops leading to step up to quality ratings - are subject matter experts in environments with reliable assessors - consults with employers about early learning/child care - connects employers with child care providers to meet employee needs and reduce absenteeism - provides data for community growth and planning - provides opportunities for public officials to meet with, visit and see early education firsthand.child care staffing solutions is a brand new automated platform that connects job-ready substitutes with child care programs in need of quality child care staff. Substitutes can be used as an employee benefit, used to fill a gap. Child care staffing solutions has also been used during this pandemic to give staff within pandemic approved programs a much needed break and in the reopening process to fill staff openings for those that have not returned. The subs are allowing administrators to not hire in a rush, but rather hire the "right fit and cover classrooms at the same time
