Parent services provides referral services to help families find child care and early education programs, provide consumer information to help families access services that meet their needs, provide parenting education and support, and processing and approving the applications and renewals for families and subsidized children who select legally-exempt child care providers.

Provider support and education provides training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education and assist in meeting nys training requirements.

Other program services offered are child care registration as well as community outreach programs.
