The early care & education resource & referral network services ensures that families can find high quality child care that meets their needs, educates families on what to look for in quality programs, and how to find resources that help their families thrive. The child care collaborative network program provides child care programs classroom evaluations, training, and coaching to ensure that educators and programs are providing high quality care to children and families. The program achieving quality program provides evaluations, training, and coaching to child care programs in the normandy 24:1 footprint. The social emotional early childhood program teaches child care programs strategies to address challenging behaviors in classroom environments before kindergarten in the state of missouri.
