CDR is a private non-profit agency that provides services to young children and their families, as well as training for early childhood professionals throughout the state.
Programs

Infant-parent program assist children with developmental delays and disabilities, from birth to three years old, and their families. 487 children served.
Early head start services are offered to low income infant/toddler families and is designed to provide family centered services that facilitate child development, support parental roles and promote self sufficiency. 142 children and 26 prenatal women served.
