Child Guidance & Family Solutions

Community psychiatric supportive treatment & therapeutic behavior services:this program includes the development of daily living skills, acquisition of developmental assets, coordination of individualized treatment plans, client advocacy, linkage to needed services, restoration of social skills, ongoing assessment of needs, and symptom monitoring. The objective is to promote resiliency and support recovery from mental illness and substance use disorders. The target population includes youth and adults who benefit from wrap-around supports.in 2024, 928 children received services through this program.

Other program services:in addition to its core clinical offerings, child guidance & family solutions provides a range of community-based and preventative services that support emotional and behavioral wellness in children and families. These programs include early childhood mental health consultation in preschool settings, school-based counseling and crisis response in partnership with local districts, home-based support for youth with severe emotional disturbances, and a specialized treatment model for adolescents and young adults experiencing a first episode of psychosis.

Psychiatric services:this program provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management. Its objective is to promote resiliency and support recovery from mental health and substance use disorders by reducing, stabilizing, or eliminating neurobiologically based symptoms. The target population includes individuals diagnosed with neurobiologically based mental disorders such as mood and anxiety disorders, adhd, and schizophrenia. In 2024, 631 children received services through this program.
