Organizaion's mission or most significant activities the boosters shall work together with the band director(s) and professional staff to promote and encourage the program to reach its fullest potential as defined by the band director(s) and support education of the arts within the local community, encourage musical excellance, team work and cooperation in an environment of mutual respect and dignity.
