Choteau Activities Inc

Choteau activities services: this program provides functional training in non-residential settings which is based on the individual plans of adults with developmental disabilities. These services include training, addressing basic life skills, vocational skills, and work activities skills. Training is generally directed toward skills prerequisite or integral to vocational activities. This program also proivides services to individuals with developmental disabilities residing in a tranitional living apartment or neighborhood housing located in the community to assure that these individuals receive habilitation services designed to enhance the independence of that individual who is at least 18 years of age.
