Christ united methodist ministry center operates christ ministry center (cmc) in san diego which provides a home base of operations for charitable and community non-profit organizations engaged in public benefit outreach, including efforts to provide relief to the poor, distressed and underprivilged. Over a dozen organizations work together for the social, cultural and environmental betterment of the local community.

Food program - christ ministry center operates a weekly grocery and food ministry program which provided 70,350 pounds 0f food and other staples per week to households in need during 2022.
Workshare program - Christ Ministry Center maintained and expanded the Collective Impact Center a Co-Work center to harness the resources of existing small non-profit charities and churches in the San Diego area. This incubator co-working hub for social entrepreneurs pursuing positive impact for social, cultural and/or envoronmentl change provides shared workspace and and facilitates cooperation and support between the various agencies to enable them to more efficiently and effectively share resources to help the needy.
Worship program - christ united methodist ministry center provides worship space and meeting facilities each week for ten congregations. In 2015, four congregations including african american, hispanic, haitian congregations along with the legacy congreation of christ united methodist church (called christ chapel) joined to form exodus united methodist church. The other congregations worshiping at the facilities reflect a diversity in christian communities, including adventist, marshallese ucc, eritrean christian, ame zion, and an independent hispanic fellowship. Before the pandemic in 2020, 400 people worshiped each week in one of the churches that use christ united methodist ministry center's sancuary, chapel and facilities. Today that number is 600 worshippers per week representing 10 congregations.
Medical clinic program - cmc operates free clinics by appointment, primarily through telemedicine. Christ ministry center (cmc) also hosts blood drives for the san diego blood bank, with an average of 22 units of blood collected at each. Each unit of blood collected has the potential to save three lives. Cmc also hosts lifeline screening events wherein persons signed up to have medical tests and evaluations performed by lifeline screenings.
