Medical: provided family medical services though approximately 5,000 patient visits. Provided free or reduced care for missionaries and pastors. Helped continue anchorage project access in the community.
Project access - increases access to health care for low-income uninsured members of the community by using a volunteer network of providers working in a coordinated fashion to create a compassionate, respectful, equitable, accountable, and efficient program of necessary services for those in need.
Healthy smiles forever (hsf) - cha provides dental care for residents of long-term care facilities in alaska. Its goal is to improve residents' overall health through dental screening, treatment and preventive services and coordination with other health care providers. Recovery - cornerstone recovery is the most recent addition to the clinic's services. It is an intensive outpatient, evidence-based, addiction recovery program. Anchorage school based health centers (sbhc) - cha works in partnership with the anchorage school district to provide care at anchorage middle and high schools to keep students healthy and in school. Alaska medical missions (amm) - cha is a staging area for donated medical supplies that are provided to those traveling to developing countries. Amm increases the level of health care in developing countries while decreasing medical waste in alaska. Emergency cold weather shelter (ecws) - cha works in partnership with the local community to create an overflow emergency shelter option for unsheltered pregnant women and families with children while overlaying provider case management support to those families.
