Since 1976, the annual conference has been christian leadership alliance's premier equipping and networking event of the year. This three-day event offers attendees a variety of dynamic training sessions, organized by administrative the following disciplines: personal leadership, executive leadership, board governance, finance, tax & legal, people management & care, resource development, communications & marketing, and internet & technology. The range of experiences offered include: general sessions, full-day leadership intensives, breakthrough workshops, roundtable discussions and forums for ceos and women in leadership. Content from this event is recorded and leveraged for future digital resources and experiences.
