Clover gardens - affordable housingclover gardens is a historical rehabilitation of four buildings into 32 units of affordable housing. Eight units are set aside for nine individuals with an intellectual or development disability or autism spectrum disorder. The buildings house an office, a conference room, a laundry facility, restored entrance areas, and are handicap accessible. The lot provides adequate off-street parking for the development. Chrysalis center through its real estate corporation is the developer and owner and harc, inc. Is the service provider for this project.

Courtland arms - affordable/supportive housing - courtland arms is a historical rehabilitation of a 24-unit apartment building built in 1924. Four units are set aside for homeless veterans. The building houses offices, meeting rooms, a restored lobby and is fully handicapped accessible. An adjacent lot provides adequate parking for the development. Chrysalis center through its real estate corporation is the developer, owner and service provider for this project.

The elms - affordable/supportive housing -- the elms was the rehabilitation of an abandoned building to create nine mixed income units in bristol. The building, formerly owned by st. Vincent depaul, was a gut rehab creating four one-bedroom units and five efficiencies designated for permanent housing for homeless veterans preferred/homeless individuals. Chrysalis center through its real estate corporation is the developer, owner and service provider for this project.

Phelps village - affordable/supportive housing - a supportive housing project for homeless/ at risk of homelessness veterans consisting of three buildings: the phelps mansion which was a historically restored mansion built in 1907 and currently houses 10 formally homeless veterans, the carriage house consisting of seven formally homeless veterans, and four additional fully handicapped units creating a total of 21 units, along with an office in the mansion for case management. The project supplies housing and supportive services to veterans to ensure they are successful in maintaining housing. Chrysalis center through its real estate corporation is the developer, owner and service provider for this project.

Liberty gardens - supportive housinga supportive family housing project consisting of a historic rehabilitation of an 8 unit 1922 apartment building with a new addition of an additional 2 units, office and community space for a 10 unit project for families experiencing being at risk of homelessness. The project does provide housing and support services to ensure families are successful in maintaining housing. Chrysalis center through its real estate corporation is the developer, owner and service provider for this project.

Legion court - affordable/supportive housinga new construction of affordable housing that includes 12 two-bedroom townhouse apartments for veterans preferred and their families or families coming out of homelessness. This project was built on a vacant piece of property located on the south side of hartford. Case management services are provided by chrysalis center. Legion court opened in january 2017.

St. Phillip house - supportive housingst. Phillip house is a program of chrysalis center that provides access to safe and affordable housing, increases community awareness through education, and renders support services to people living with hiv/aids and their loved ones. Located in plainville, ct, st. Phillip house has 8 one-bedroom units on site, a house located across the street and scattered site apartments. Chrysalis center provides supportive services for the individuals and families involved in the st. Philip house program and chrysalis center real estate corporation owns both the buildings the program operates from.

Hudson view commons - affordable/supportive housinghudson view commons was one of the first supportive housing projects to open in connecticut at 525 hudson street in hartford, ct. The building is 28 one bedroom and efficiency units and serves formerly chronically homeless and low income individuals. In december of 2012, chrysalis center through its real estate corporation took ownership of the property and continues to provide all on-site case management services to the tenants.

Cosgrove commons - supportive housingchrysalis center was awarded a grant from the connecticut housing and finance authority to purchase an empty lot at 815 wethersfield avenue in hartford and to construct a 24 unit apartment building. The apartments house formerly homeless veterans as well as 6 units assigned to house young adults identified as homeless. Chrysalis center through its real estate corporation is the developer, owner and service provider for this project.
