Chrysalis house is kentucky's oldest and largest licensed residential treatment for women with substance use disorders. Established in 1978, with a mission to provide family-oriented treatment and recovery support for women with substance use disorders. Chrysalis house has always been in the forefront of women's treatment issues and the evolution of treatment and recovery support for pregnant and parenting women. Family-oriented treatment is a comprehensive strategy that addresses the nature of substance use disorders. Chrysalis house provides a full range of services to address the array of problems women with substance use disorders, their children, and other family members must tackle to reduce substance use and improve outcomes.

Recovery housing - chrysalis house provides recovery housing and support services for families residing at serenity apartments, inc. Serenity apartments has received recovery housing narr certification. Support services are available onsite include individual, group and family therapy.
