To promote cultural activities, medical education and charity work. The founder of the foundation passed away in 2016. The board decided to rent out a facility in modesto. The facility was used by founder to host chinese medicine education and clinical treatment center. It is the decision of the board that the rent received excluding all rental related expenses will be used to support the exempt purpose of the foundation.
