Chugach Heritage Museum And Archaeological Repository

The chugach heritage museum and archaeological repository's (chmar) will construct and operate a museum and repository for chugach artifacts and archival material that will preserve, display and promote knowledge and public awareness about the alaska native cultures of the chugach region. Through the museum and repository, chmar will make available research and information combined with historical facts, exhibits, and stories of local subsistence users about the heritage and culture of the chugach people.
