To provide 109 apartments of housing for elderly and handicapped individuals and families of low income located in keansburg, new jersey. The organization leased the housing units to the housing authority of the borough of keansburg, which subleases the apartments to elderly and handicapped individuals and families eligible for assistance under section 8 of the united states housing act of 1937.
