These funds allowed student-run manufacturing enterprises and career and technical education (cte) programs to scale their operations and enhance industry 4.0-aligned training to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world application. - meanwhile, the catapult indiana training program continued to provide a direct pathway into aml careers. Across six program sites, 127 students participated in this immersive training experience, with 90% of eligible adult graduates receiving job offers.
