The "centro de investigacion, entrenamiento y reclutamiento del trabajador organizado" (the "center for research, training and recruitment of organized workers, or "cierto") organizes farmworkers around the world to collaborate with their employers and together engage the global supply chain to identify and implement opportunities to create value - to the benefit of farmworkers, their employers, the companies who purchase the farms' products, and the consumers who enjoy those products. This in turn will benefit workers, employers, retailers and consumers in the united states and abroad.
