Cincinnati Dental Societys Oral Health Foundation

Provides free dental care to children ages 3 to 18 under two programs: Children's Specialty Dental Care Program and Foundation of Smiles. Families must complete an application, show proof that their annual income level meets the program's requirements, and are not covered by any dental insurance, including Medicaid. In certain situations the Foundation may help cover the cost of services not covered under Medicaid.
