The organization is created for the sole purposes of raising funds to be used for athletic facilities, athletic programs, needs of the citadel athletic department, and to provide scholarships for student-athletes.

Facility improvements: $600k was provided in 2024 to support the renovation of the citadel bulldogs clubhouse at joe riley park. This transformational project will ensure that the home of bulldog baseball will be the #1 facility in the southern conference.
Program needs: in 2024 the foundation provided significant funding to support the enhancment of the athletic nutrition program.
