Mission

Citizens against domestic and sexual abuse is a not-for-profit corporation whose mission is to advocate with compassion for victims of domestic and sexual abuse, educate the public about such forms of abuse, develop programs to help prevent future abuse, and provide community leadership on issues concerning women, men, and children. Staff provides crisis intervention, advocacy services, safety planning, and temporary shelter to women and children suffering from domestic abuse.

General community programming paid for out of administrative funds and contributions that support the needs of our community that fall outside of grant parameters. This may include purchasing essential items for clients that would otherwise not be covered (such as clothing).
