These activities encompass education, cultural enrichment, social development, and human resource development, especially those that benefit educational institutions, citizen participation entities, and other organizations dedicated to human resource development in the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean.The organization's ultimate goal is to foster the establishment of honest and effective local and national government bureaucracies and political actors.
