Citizens For Responsible Annexation

The citizens for responsible annexation (cra) is an unincorporated neighborhood association of more than 700 members in aransas county, texas, property owners joined by mutual consent to persue reasonable and proper annexation, and to prevent unfair and harmful annexation by the city of aransas pass, or any other municipality. Member neighborhoods of cra include the communities of bahia bay, city by the sea, islands of rockport and la buena vida, and other neighborhoods in the southern portion of the county not represented by a property owners association.
