Cure supports research, community outreach and education on policies and projects that promote economic growth while protecting vital resources ie clean air, water, agricultural, urban farming and conservation. Cure is focused on promoting urban farming and developing properties in a way that prevents and mitigates against natural disasters such as fire and flooding and that ensures food security. Cure accomplishes our mission by:*presenting independent research demonstrating that long-term economic security depends on decision-making that acknowledges the true consequences of growth and incorporates strategies to preserve open space, clean air and water, and disaster prevention and mitigation. *opposing unsafe projects that deplete natural resources or expose communities to unhealthy or dangerous conditions, such as worsening air and water quality, exposure to toxic materials, or increased risk of flooding.*promoting policies and projects that exemplify sustainable and balanced develo

Development of a community urban food forest to demonstrate how food production, water management and tree canopies reduce impacts of climate. Not only will the cure project grow healthy produce to be donated to local food pantries, it will offer programs for students about resilient agriculture and climate while advancing community engagement. Cure is working with local water agencies, high school and community college to expand this demonstration project in 2024 and beyond.

Research and writing of a non-fiction history book about the chinese contribution to the expansion of water infrastructure, railroads and citrus industry in the 1800s leading to the elimination of the railroad monopoly and economic expansion in inland california.
