Provide temporary employment to individuals who had voluntarily entered into some type of treatment program to work to serve as our employees in providing services to business owners who are convicted to give such persons a second chance. Several of these temporary employees have since transitioned to become full-time employees in those businesses. Provide general benevolence to individuals particularly those affected by tornado in little rock.
