City Of Orange Police Association Officer Down & Scholarship Fund

To create and maintain public memorials which would recognize and honor those members of law enforcement who gave their lives in the line of duty to provide financial assistance to the families of law enforcement who are killed or severely injured in the line of duty to provide scholarships to the children of law enforcement who are entering college or other vocational programs to provide financial assistance to civil and charitable organizations.
