Nutritional classes seminars demonstrate ways to prepare tasty delicious and nutritious meals while maintaining a budget and a healthy diet. Seminars are offered to senior citizens families and individuals free of charge. During the pandemic more than 984 meals were delivered to senior citizens and needy families.
