The organization's mission is to promote better policymaking and to diversify policymakers. Civic action project, inc. Trains the next generation of civic leaders and builds bridges for new strategic, public-private partnerships for innovative policies for the future.
Programs
2 programs
Cap fellows: each summer the cap fellows program trains graduate students in real-world public policy making strategies. Fellows are supported to complete internships where they gain practical experience in policy making and participate in weekly roundtables learning from one another as well as from public and private sector practitioners.
Cap in action: cap in action organizes convenings to catalyze change through public-private cooperation. In 2024 the focus of strategic initiatives was increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the private real estate sector.
