Agricultural fair during september and october, 2021 services approximately 55,000 individuals each year who attended the ark-la-miss fair. This annual event is educational, entertaining, and brings the community together.
Net loss on the rental of the club house building based on 75% allocation for expenditures. The club house serves as a meeting place for the members once a week and is available to the public for rental the rest of the time. The magnolia district civitan convention has been held in west monroe during past years and the convention used the club house for programs during that particular weekend.
Club members also volunteer on behalf of the club to pick up trash on a street in west monroe once a year. The club members also volunteer for med camps to serve once a year at the camp with the kids. The club also works with the local adopt-a-school program at riser elementary and middle school.
