Cjca develops and owns low income and subsidized housing facilities for the benefit of individuals with severe and persistent mental health disabilities. The organization's facilities will be constructed over the next two years and will eventually house approximately 30 individuals.

Construction on harmony apartments in jefferson city was completed during the 2022 fiscal year. The facility houses 15 subsidized apartments, as well as an administrative unitand a common meeting room. During fiscal year 2022, rent subsidies totaling 13,392 were received from new horizons community support services. As a result of the subsidy, the tenants paid 47% of the fair rental value of each rental unit, on average.
The columbia business loop development has been purchased to construct subsidized rental property. Demolition and construction activities on the new facility began in the june 30, 2022 fiscal year. During the fiscal year ended june 30, 2025 construction activities began on units a, b and garage unit.
The elm facility planning began in the fiscal year june 30, 2025
