Prevention program - provide programs to encourage target audiences to abandon high risk behaviors and adopt healthy behaviors and lifestyles to reduce the use/abuse of alcohol, tobacco, and drugs.

Sbirt program-an evidence based program to help individuals who are substance abusers or at high risk of addiction to gain access to treatment interventions that incorporate medical care and behavior therapy.

Governmental activites, pairs, alcohol and drug safety, and medicaid administration programs.
