Clarion Project Foundation

The primary purposes of the corporation is to: (a) solicit, hold, manage, invest, and distribute charitable funds and real property for; and (b) perform the functions of, or carry out the purposes of, clarion project, inc., the corporation's incorporator, sole member, and a charitable, tax-exempt organization described under section 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1) or 509(a)(2) of the code.
